Wei Lu joined Wuhan Textile University, School of Management as an Lecturer of logistics engineering , in November 2014.

Lu’s research interests are primarily focused on designing and evaluating incentive contracts under supply chain settings and more generally, 

the principal-agent framework. In particular, he is interested in investigating incentive conflicts among parties with asymmetric information

Wei Lu received his Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering from Huazhong university of science and technology

Wei Lu has published papers in <<Chinese management science>>, <<International Journal of production economics>>, <<International Journal of production research and other journals>>.
